I predominantly act on behalf of occupiers including Pizza Express, ASK, Zizzi, Ping Pong, Burger King, Maroush, KFC, Tamatanga, plus food led retailers such as Costa.
I also work closely with fellow RPAS members and Gerald Eve partners Richard Stoney and Julian Jennings to help restaurants minimise costs on business rates in addition to their rent.
For landlords I provide advice to Car Giant on their Park Royal leisure scheme.
