The Restaurant Property Advisors Society (RPAS) is the leading body providing specialist advice on restaurants and other licensed properties. Its members are Surveyors and Agents who advise on all aspects of property related matters including sales, acquisitions, lettings, valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and rating assessments.

Through its members the RPAS promotes the interests of both landlords and tenants throughout the UK. It also acts as a forum for debate and discussion on matters relevant to the industry.
